Acquired the failed Buttermarket Centre from Receivership for Capital & Regional for £9 million, then sold to DTZ Investors.

In addition to key retail lettings to T K Maxx, New Look and Superdry, the Centre has been reinvented as a major catering and leisure destination in town to introduce key brands such as Empire, Superbowl, Pure Gym and F&B brands including Wagamamas, Cosy Club and more recently Boom battle Bar.
