Jackson Criss completes sale of two retail parks on behalf of NewRiver/Pimco JV to Realty Income

Jackson Criss successfully advised NewRiver upon the sale of the two remaining assets (Kittybrewster Retail Park in Aberdeen and Glendoe and Telford Retail Parks in Inverness ) in its 50:50 Napier joint venture with Pimco’s Bravo for £62.955m.

The disposal comprises the final properties in the Napier joint venture, bringing the total sale receipts from Napier to £76m, reflecting a blended net initial yield of 7.4%. Total receipts are 26% higher than the £60.5m price paid when NewRiver and Bravo acquired the portfolio in June 2019.

NewRiver and Bravo continue to own two assets within a separate venture.

The Botanist are coming to Bournemouth

Jackson Criss have agreed a letting to The Botanist who will make a welcome addition to Bobby’s department store in Bournemouth (comprising beauty hall, art gallery local artisans and Franco Manca).

Jackson Criss have acted on behalf of an institutional landlord in agreeing a re-gear of the Boots lease at 24-26 Cambridge Street, Harrogate, securing occupation until 2029 at a rebased rental of £275,000 pa for the MSU store of some 30,000 sq ft.

Transformative Deal Completed @ The Priory, Worksop

Following successful Levelling Up funding by Bassetlaw Council, we were able to conclude a sale of the above asset on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle to the Council , who will focus upon the Priory as part of a wider town centre master plan project.
